Withdrawal PolicyWritten notification, 30 days in advance, is required if it is necessary to withdraw your child before the end of the school year. The registration/material fee and June tuition deposit are non-refundable.
Absences and VacationsAbsence from school due to illness or personal vacation will not be awarded tuition fee credit.

Please click on the Apply Now button at the top of this page if you are a new family to access our online admissions form through Gradelink. Online admission forms must be completed before attending a tour. Existing families looking to re-enroll must log into Gradelink and click on the Re-Enroll tab.

Schedule A Tour

2020-2021 School tours begin October 14th. Please complete the online application before scheduling a tour.
Tours are approximately 30 minutes in length and are attended by you and your child. The tour will include a presentation about our advanced curriculum, a sample class schedule, and a tour of the facilities. The school administrator will be available to answer any specific questions that you may have and address next steps in the application process.

Request for current teacher evaluation

Print out our teacher/childcare provider evaluation form included in the registration packet at the top of the page. Complete the information on the form, sign and give the form to your child’s current teacher to complete. Ask them to mail, fax or scan and return the form directly to Snoqualmie Springs School at their earliest convenience, preferably before your tour date.

Enrollment Notification

After submittal of the following information you will receive an enrollment notification. Acceptance is contingent upon seat availability and completion or receipt of the following:

  • Complete online application
  • Submission of teacher/childcare provider evaluation form from current teacher or child care provider
  • Completion of parent and student tour
  • Copy of child’s birth certificate or passport showing proof of age

An application may also be placed in our candidate pool. This may be due to limited seat availability or priority was given to a new student sibling from a current or alumni family. It could also be due to the fact that an applicant did not meet the age qualification or did not appear to be socially or emotionally ready for our advanced academic curriculum.
Please note that some families may need to withdraw their application between now and the end of August, and there may be a chance that a seat will open up before school starts in the Fall.

Submit signed financial agreement and immunization form

Once you have received an acceptance notice you will need to make a financial commitment to attend Snoqualmie Springs School. This is achieved by signing and returning the Financial Agreement included in the registration packet at the top of this page. To lock in your child’s seat for Fall, you will need to understand and agree to your financial responsibility to pay the registration / materials, books, technology, and insurance fee. In addition, within 30 days of acceptance. the June, Last month Tuition deposit is due. The registration fee and the June deposit are non-refundable. Your early commitment will help in establishing the number of seats, by grade level for the new school year. It will also contribute to securing our experienced and dedicated teachers who are paid a competitive wage similar to the Issaquah school district.

Finally, you must also show proof that your child has been immunized and is current on all boosters by submitting a signed Certificate of Immunization.

 

Payment of registration and June tuition deposit fees

In order to lock in your child’s seat for Fall, you will need to pay the registration fee, and within 30 days of acceptance you will also need to pay the June last month tuition deposit. Both payments are non-refundable. All other advanced tuition payments are refundable with 30 days advanced written notice of a need to withdraw from Snoqualmie Springs School.

You can make your fee payment with a check or cash sent to the school or by credit card online.
