New Family Enrollment

Now accepting applications for Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades. New K-Prep applications will be placed on a first come first serve wait list. To apply, please use the Online Enrollment button below to submit your child’s application and then download the New Family Forms Packet to access additional information needed to complete your application.

POLICYDESCRIPTION
Withdrawal PolicyWritten notification, 30 days in advance, is required if it is necessary to withdraw your child before the end of the school year.
The registration/material fee is non-refundable.

The June 2023 deposit will be refunded if we are able to fill your child’s seat prior to the start of the school year.

Absences and VacationsAbsence from school due to illness or personal vacation will not be awarded tuition fee credit.

Complete online admissions application

Please click on the Apply Now button at the top of this page if you are a new family to access our online admissions form through Gradelink. Existing families looking to re-enroll a current student or enroll a sibling must log into Gradelink and click on the Re-Enroll tab.

Request for current teacher evaluation

Print out our teacher/childcare provider evaluation form included in the registration packet at the top of the page. Complete the information on the form, sign and give the form to your child’s current teacher to complete. Ask them to mail or scan and return the form directly to Snoqualmie Springs School at their earliest convenience.

Enrollment Notification

After submitting the following information you will receive an enrollment notification. Acceptance is contingent upon seat availability and completion or receipt of the following:

  • Completion of our online Online Application
  • Medically Verified Certificate of Immunization.  (Contact your child’s medical provider)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport showing proof of age
  • Submission of current progress report or Evaluation Form from current teacher or childcare provider.

An application may also be placed in our candidate pool. This may be due to limited seat availability or priority was given to a new student sibling from a current or alumni family. It could also be due to the fact that an applicant did not meet the age qualification or did not appear to be socially or emotionally ready for our advanced academic curriculum.
Please note that some families may need to withdraw their application between now and the end of August, and there may be a chance that a seat will open up before school starts in the Fall.

Submit signed financial agreement

Once you have received an acceptance notice you will need to make a financial commitment to attend Snoqualmie Springs School. This is achieved by signing and returning the Financial Agreement included in the registration packet at the top of this page. To lock in your child’s seat for Fall, you will need to understand and agree to your financial responsibility to pay the registration / materials, books, technology, and insurance fee. In addition, within 30 days of acceptance. the June, Last month Tuition deposit is due.
