Admission Requirements

Admission Requirements
Those eligible students who demonstrate an interest and motivation toward academic pursuits will be accepted upon space availability, first come first serve. Students must demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively and conduct themselves in a socially acceptable manner. Prospective students with learning disabilities may be accepted on a probationary basis if it is determined that the program will benefit the child. Therefore, the parents of each applicant must select a resource who is familiar with the child and qualified to complete a written Teacher Evaluation Form and provide a current Progress Report or written letter of recommendation. In addition, a birth certificate (Pre-Kindergarten age 4 by August 31) and immunization record must be presented when registering your child.

Tuition & Fees
Full Day Pre-K, Kindergarten, First and Second Grade Tuition for the 2010-2011 academic year is $9,000(180 six hour days x $50 per day). In addition, a $75 non-refundable registration fee and an $885 security deposit is required to secure a child's seat until Fall. The security deposit is used to purchase books, instructional materials, supplies and technology upgrades. Tuition payments may be distributed evenly over a ten month period. A 10% discount is given to a second sibling. A 2% discount is given if full tuition is received before September 1, 2010. Additional fees may be collected during the school year for field trips, class photos, and class party funds.

Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First and Second grade application packets for the 2010-11 school year are now available. Present and past families of SnoSprings School are given admission priority. Those families interested in a seat for next fall must complete the application forms and submit them to the school along with their registration fee and tuition deposit. Families will be contacted upon seat availability on a first come first serve basis.  An Application does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is contingent upon seat availability and receiving the following: 
1. Copy of Birth Certificate and current immunization record (new siblings only)
2. Signed application, medical consent and financial agreement forms  
3. Teacher evaluation, report card or letter of assessment from current school or childcare provider
4. Prospective student visit and interview with school director or teacher (new students only)
5. Upon acceptance, $75 registration fee and $885 security deposit. The deposit will be applied towards acquisition of teaching materials, equipment and facilities upgrades.
To secure your commitment, the registration fee and tuition deposit are non-refundable.
